I Chose to use this letter because of the way that it is organized. much like the example in class. it is professional and informative.
Contrast: Its straight to the point
Repetition: Repeating of powerful words like "skill" or "mastered" giving the impression they are the best candidate
Alignment: Everything is aligned very neatly
Proximity: Grouped different types of information into paragraphs
Purpose: To inform an employer of his abilities and availability
Audience: Potential employer
Genre: Letter
Engagement: Workforce

I chose this flyer because it is basic but eye catching and says everything it needs to in a short concise way
Contrast: Just three colors excluding the picture Red Black and White a very basic but eye catching contrast
Repetition: Main Topics are in red and supporting information is in black
Alignment: The information in the box is aligned with each other but the rest does not parts are centered parts are off to the left
Proximity: Keeps the information and the attracting images separate
Purpose: Advertisement
Audience: Passers by (more then likely a school of some kind)
Genre: Advertisement
Engagement: Everyone

I chose to use this brochure because I thought that if I'm submitting to a potential employer then it would be beneficial to submit some of my own work
Contrast: Has a two color background attracting but soothing as well as a mat black background around the white text.
Repetition: Repeats with bold headings in each category
Alignment: Everything from words to pictures are aligned on this page
Proximity: For the most part keeps pictures and information separate
Purpose: to inform faculty members on a topic
Audience: Faculty

Contrast: goes between skills and offers that can be made to the company
